Each box should have at minimum 3 sentences. This assignment MUST be completed in our 3-hour block of time. It will be used for a grade in foundational work and for attendance for the week. In this week's readings, you will focus on what to do when life has setbacks. Think about a lot of what you have gone through with the shut down and the stay at home orders. Try to remember to control what you can. Think about these ideas as you read and write.

At the bottom of the final project you will find an opportunity to obtain some extra credit for the class. This extra credit is optional, but the final is not. Your final is a written paper that will need to be submitted by the time our final concludes next Thursday at 12:30 pm. You may submit your final early, but you cannot turn it in late.
